Undergraduate student Sorochi Anyiabe (Sargent ’25, B.S. Health Sciences) presented her research on the timing of eating in urban and rural households in Ghana at the Fall 2023 Boston University Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) Symposium.
