Undergraduate student Sorochi Anyiabe (Sargent ’25, B.S. Health Sciences) presented her research on the timing of eating in urban and rural households in Ghana at the Fall 2023 Boston University Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) Symposium. Sorochi was awarded the Student Research Award to conduct this research throughout the summer and Fall 2023.
