Dr McCrory organizes and chairs symposium at international meeting
Dr McCrory organized and chaired a symposium on “Dietary Assessment and Applications in the Nutrition for Precision Health (NPH) Study” at the International Conference on Diet and Activity Methods (ICDAM) 2025 annual meeting in Toronto, Canada. She also presented, along with her colleagues from the University of Hawaii; Scripps Institution of Oceanography; Curtin University (Perth, Australia); Université Laval (Quebec, Canada); and the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada). Topic covered included dietary assessment tools and protocol in the NPH Study, timing of eating and energy intake and 24 hour glycemic patterns, and dietary intake and the microbiome.
