Jannatul is a MPH candidate in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Boston University, passionate about improving mental health through upstream, community-centered approaches. Her work focuses on the social determinants of mental health, including housing stability, social isolation, and structural inequities that shape population mental health outcomes. Through her work, she seeks to bridge research, public health practice, and policy to better understand how social environments influence mental health outcomes and to support more equitable and responsive mental health systems.
