Kaityn Contino

Kaityn Contino (she/her/hers) is a postdoctoral researcher at Boston University in the Bilingual Learning Lab and the Infant Communication Lab. She recently received her PhD in Developmental Psychology at Florida International University. Her PhD work focused on exploring the relations between object manipulation, fine motor skill development, and language in infants and toddlers. Her research interests lie in how early infant motor skills relate to later language development and she aims to expand this topic to explore this relationship in a bilingual population. When she is not in the lab, she enjoys watching Disney movies, attending concerts, and reading.
