Climate Change and a ‘Host of Mental Health Outcomes’
Research by Dr. Amruta Nori-Sarma is highlighted in SPH Today as part of the SPH45 initiative. Nori-Sarma mentions the necessity to recognize the health effects of climate change in the present, not just as a problem of the future: “the conversation has shifted away from the theoretical ‘what will happen in 20 to 50 years,’ to ‘how can we effectively communicate how people can protect themselves during more extreme and more frequent events right now.’” Check out the link below for the whole article.
