I am a graduate student working with Professor Catherine Espaillat on mid-infrared continuum variability in protoplanetary disks by comparing spectra observed by Spitzer and JWST. By examining differences across spectra, we seek to further constrain these variable sources through cross-correlation with simultaneous TESS light-curve data.
Prior to joining Boston University, I received my B.A. in Physics and Astronomy from Smith College, during which I conducted follow-up observations of transiting exoplanet candidates and studied gravitational waves from compact-object binaries with the LIGO Scientific Collaboration.
Outside of grad school, I enjoy reading, anime and manga, movies, dancing, and standup comedy.
