BDC SPIN is a student-organized mentoring program that prepares Ph.D. students for careers in industry. We aim to provide a structured environment for trainees to explore the scope of careers post-PhD, expand their professional network, and develop the job and leadership skills necessary for success in industry.

We are seeking industry professionals to serve as mentors for Ph.D. students in the Boston University Biological Design Center. Ideal mentors are working in/with the biotech industry (scientist, consultant, ect.), have received their PhD, and are interested in sharing their experience and supporting industry-minded Ph.D. students to develop professionally.

Mentoring circles will be matched in early January 2024, with an official program kick-off in late January. We accept applications to be a mentor year-round.
