Nicole Grbic

I am originally from New York City, and I completed a major in Biological Sciences at Cornell University. I am currently taking a research year between my 3rd and 4th years of medical school at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell in Long Island, NY. I aspire to pursue a career in dermatology. My research interests include cancer metabolism, epigenetics, and targeted therapies for skin cancer. My goals include promoting skin cancer awareness and health equity within dermatologic research. I am passionate about teaching science and healthy living habits to local youth. In my free time I enjoy cooking, trying new cuisines, cycling, yoga, visiting museums, and traveling.
