Alison Parker is the Instructional Services Coordinator at Boston University’s Geddes Language Center where she is responsible for many aspects of the Center’s day-to-day functionality. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese & Linguistics from Boston University, with a minor in Anthropology, and has worked with many technologies since joining the Geddes team in 2016. Her honors thesis was a sociolinguistic investigation of loanwords in Japanese through interviews conducted in the language in Japan.
