In addition, as a co-PI, she has received a new 5-year NIA project (9\/15\/2025-5\/31\/2030) titled &#8220;<strong>tRNA Epitranscriptome and Translational Dysfunction <\/strong>in Alzheimer\u2019s disease and related disorders (AD\/ADRD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a co-PI, Dr. Xiaoling Zhang has received a new 5-year NIA grant (8\/05\/2025-7\/31\/2030) for a project titled &#8220;<span><strong>FunGen-xQTL: Unraveling the genetic basis of molecular functions in Alzheimer&#8217;s Disease<\/strong>&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a co-PI, Dr. Xiaoling Zhang has received a new 3-year NSF grant (5\/1\/2024-4\/30\/2027) for her AD and Biomedical Data Machine Learning Project:\u00a0 Title: DMS\/NIGMS 1: <strong>Multilevel stochastic orthogonal subspace transformations for robust machine learning with applications to biomedical data and Alzheimer&#8217;s disease subtyping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to Nick for his method paper &#8220;<em>Bulk brain tissue cell-type deconvolution with bias correction for single-nuclei RNA sequencing data using DeTREM&#8221; in <u>BMC Bioinformatics<\/u><span>. 2023 Sep 19. published\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/rdcu.be\/dmylA\">Online<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to Habbiburr Rehman who has been selected as one of the two FHS-BAP pilot grant awardees.
