Melissa&#8217;s interests revolve around advocacy for transition-age youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. In addition to Melissa\u2019s research role with Dr. Kramer, she is also involved in the provision of mental health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2013, Melissa completed a one-year LEND (Leadership and Education in Neuro-Developmental Disabilities) fellowship with Boston Children\u2019s Hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: left;\">\n<h2>Youth Collaborators<\/h2>\n<p style=\"clear: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/yell\/files\/2014\/06\/YELL_man-e1518214625335.png\" alt=\"No photo provided - YELL logo\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-60 size-full\" height=\"84\" width=\"165\" \/><strong>Alice<\/strong> attends the Cotting School in Lexington, Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, dancing, and learning to speak Chinese. Alice works with the PEDI-PRO study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/yell\/files\/2014\/06\/YELL_man-e1518214625335.png\" alt=\"No photo provided - YELL logo\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-60 size-full\" height=\"84\" width=\"165\" \/><strong>Sierra<\/strong> is a full time student at Massachusetts Hospital School where she enjoys spending time with friends, horseback riding, swimming, cooking, and her independence. Sierra works with the PEDI-PRO study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/yell\/files\/2018\/02\/YELL_man.png\" alt=\"No photo provided - YELL logo spacer\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-60 size-full\" height=\"165\" width=\"165\" \/><strong>Kathryn Curtis<\/strong> is a recent grad of Gordon College with a degree in Creative Writing. She has been involved with Project TEAM since 2010, and is now a religious education teacher and volunteer for the Youth Commission in Reading MA. She is seeking a career in politics. In her spare time she likes to write and play original music, poetry, and stories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: left;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/yell\/files\/2014\/06\/YELL_man-e1518214625335.png\" alt=\"No photo provided - YELL logo\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-60 size-full\" height=\"84\" width=\"165\" \/><strong>Alycia Downs<\/strong> is a young adult who attends Northshore Community College . Alycia completed the Project TEAM training before joining the Project TEAM research team in 2013. She likes to listen to music and go to the movies with her friends.
