WTBU Staff Report<\/p>\n

Terrier Madness 2016 was a huge success last night as both the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams at BU put on a showcase in front of hundreds of students and fans at Case Gymnasium.<\/p>\n

After the introductions of both teams, the entire gym participated in the Mannequin Challenge, the latest fad to sweep the nation.<\/p>\n

The teams, along with the Cheer and Dance squads, performed a dance number for the fans.<\/p>\n

Then, the festivities really got underway. A three-point shooting contest was first on the agenda as the team of Sarah Hope and Cheddi Mosely narrowly defeated Meg Green and Cedric Hankerson, 60-57.<\/p>\n

Following that, the Shooting Stars contest got underway. In Round 1, Men’s assistant coach Shaun Morris took home the victory for his side by sinking a half court shot. Round 2 saw guest contestants from the BU Men’s Soccer Team taking part. The soccer team was defeated when Eric Fanning sunk a half-court swish to win it for his team.<\/p>\n
