The Boston University women’s lacrosse team celebrated Senior Day against Loyola on Saturday, April 12. After pregame ceremonies, Jayne Feeney opened up the scoring just 2 minutes into the game. Loyola then responded with 6 straight goals, and ended the first quarter 7-2. The Terriers could never mount the full comeback, losing 20-14. While winning the turnover and ground balls battle, they lost the draw controls by a total of 33-4. Junior Elle Stevenson led the scoring for BU with 5 goals and senior Hannah Tillier followed up with a nice hat trick.<\/p>\n
