UConn outshot BU 20-7 and earned 10 corner kicks compared to the Terriers\u2019 zero.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, the Terriers\u2019 defense held firm for the majority of the game thanks largely to goalkeeper Celia Braun. The junior made nine saves throughout the 90 minutes and helped keep the score level until late.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Huskies finally found a breakthrough in the 62nd minute through the foot of forward Abbey Jones. The junior found space 30 yards away from goal and let loose\u2014her strike flying over Braun into the top left corner. The home team found their second goal in the 79th minute, this time from Chioma Okafor.
