The No. 12\/14 Boston University men’s hockey team made their season debut Saturday night at Agganis Arena against Bentley University, notching a big 8-2 win in front of a massive Dog Pound crowd in the home opener.<\/p>\n
The freshman class led the way in the game, with every first-year getting in the stat sheet. Freshman forward Ryan Greene notched two goals and an assist to pace the Terriers in scoring along with freshman forward Jeremy Wilmer’s one goal, two assist effort. Junior forward Luke Tuch, freshman forwards Quinn Hutson and Devin Kaplan, and senior forwards Matt Brown and Sam Stevens also added one tally apiece. Freshman defenseman Lane Hutson was unable to get his first collegiate goal, but had three assists.<\/p>\n
