Compher ranks second in the nation in assists-per-game with 1.15 and fourth in points-per-game with 1.65.

While Brian Durocher’s Terriers have been high-flying, Jim Plumer’s Catamounts have been in a downward spiral, having dropped four-straight, all to Hockey East Opponents. In total, Vermont has lost six of eight games since Christmas.

After some scoring woes early in the season, BU’s offense has exploded recently, scoring a whopping total of 32 goals over the course of their seven-game unbeaten streak.

They keys for Boston will be being able to continue the scoring that has taken the team’s game to an entirely new level lately, coupled with the same effort and intensity they’ve shown over the last seven games.

The action kicks off on Friday night at 7:00PM as the Terriers look to come out with a strong effort to continue the unbeaten streak and take them into next Tuesday’s matchup against Northeastern in the 41st Women’s Beanpot on a positive note.

By: Patrick Donnelly The No. 8 Boston University Terriers (14-6-6, 11-5-5 WHEA) will travel to Gutterson Fieldhouse to take on the struggling University of Vermont Catamounts (7-16-4, 5-13-2 WHEA) on Friday night.
