Here are the details and event pictures:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li> Congrats Yash and his team members Luca Pungan, and Nikita Vinay Kishan on winning the 1st Place, the People&#8217;s Choice Award and the 2nd Place in 2024 Dean&#8217;s Imagineering Competition hosted by BU BMES &#038; BTEC with their project &#8220;BreatheRight&#8221;, an affordable respiratory monitoring system. BreatheRight, an inhaler attachment, enables users to track inhaler usage, monitor pulmonary health through peak flow measurements, and receive real-time warnings about asthma attacks using ML-based algorithms. <\/li>\n<li>Congratulations Ananya and her teammate Shadin on wining the 1st place at the BMES x BTEC designathon with their medical device The Osto-pop designed specially for ostomy patients who experience gas issues in their ostomy bags which causes leakage, skin adhesion issues, and poor sleep quality.
