Welcome to the Wilson Lab!<\/h3>\n

The Wilson Lab’s Mission is to\u00a0advance understanding of and treatment for genetic causes of lung and liver disease.<\/strong> We focus primarily on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its most common monogenic cause, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD), using patient-derived stem cells to model and understand disease mechanisms.<\/p>\n
