This app includes more than 50 classes shot in HD video that have particular sessions/ sequences with a particular focus, such as increasing flexibility or strengthening core muscles. There’s also a library full of videos with all the poses.
Happify: (Free with optional in-app purchases; IOS and Android) App helps meets your needs, whether it’s more “me” time or getting better at handling stress. Each track is desgined by an expert, using latest research and is full of quick, daily activities with games, mindful meditations, and assessments.
Fooducate: (Free with optional in-app purchases; IOS and Android). This app is great to use when grocery shopping. It can scan barcodes and get a quick read on how healthy each item is. It also tracks sleep, mode, and hunger levels. Also, the app analyzes all information and provides feedback to the user to help meet health and fitness goals.
