Since the consortium was established in 2011, URBAN ARCH has worked alongside 50 trainees from 18 institutions, which resulted in almost 60 manuscripts that were first-authored by trainees and <a href=\"\/urbanarch\/files\/2021\/06\/URBAN-ARCH-K-Grants-Awarded-2021.pdf\">14 funded K awards<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, the first virtual URBAN ARCH Training and Mentoring event was held on March 17, 2021. A total of 26 trainees from 14 institutions were in attendance. Trainee research interests included the following:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/urbanarch\/files\/2021\/06\/Word-Cloud-Interests.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/urbanarch\/files\/2021\/06\/Word-Cloud-Interests-636x361.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"293\" class=\"wp-image-11398 aligncenter\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/urbanarch\/files\/2021\/06\/Word-Cloud-Interests-636x361.png 636w, https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/urbanarch\/files\/2021\/06\/Word-Cloud-Interests.png 704w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The URBAN ARCH Training and Mentoring event included presentations from URBAN ARCH PIs, our NIAAA Scientific Advisor, and senior faculty (i.e., mentors) on their current research and available trainee opportunities.
