She is from Suzhou, the garden city of China. Kelly received her Bachelor\u2019s degree from HKUST, majoring in Mathematics and Economics, and Master&#8217;s degree in Mathematical Finance from BU. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Her research interests lie in machine learning and high-dimensional statistics, with current projects focused on identifying stages and biomarkers of Alzheimer\u2019s disease.
