She is the author of\u00a0The Eureka Myth: Creators, Innovators and Everyday Intellectual Property\u00a0(Stanford University Press, 2015) and\u00a0Against Progress: Intellectual Property and Fundamental Values in the Internet Age\u00a0(Stanford University Press 2022). She was a 2018 Guggenheim Fellow.
