Prior to joining TPRI, Sarah was Director of Administration for Boston University Institute for Health System Innovation &amp; Policy. Before BU, she served as a Department Administrator at Harvard University for ten years. She oversaw all administrative operations for an educational research department including financial management, research administration, human resources, communications, and information technology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She held a previous position as a Projects Manager\/Epidemiologist in a healthcare setting.
