Taylor Pickering holds a PhD in Nutrition and Metabolism from Boston University School of Medicine. His research focuses on characterizing the link between adipose tissue dysfunction and cardiometabolic diseases at the population level using circulating adipokines and markers of collagen turnover in the Framingham Heart study. Taylor is also heavily involved with the Nutrition and Metabolism Masters and PhD Program acting as an academic mentor and lecturing on topics related to adipose tissue biology.
