Fascinated by prosthetics and inspired by a wonderful biology teacher (who herself was a former biomedical engineer), I choose to follow my interests in my pursuit of a biomedical engineering degree. I discovered first-hand the invaluable guidance and sisterhood from my teachers and fellow peers, and for that reason, I am grateful to join a community that will foster such a spirit. In my free time, I enjoy writing, learning to code, and watching productivity videos (though doing so is not<\/em> productive!).<\/p>\n

SWE has been the backbone of my networking experience at BU; it’s easy to feel empowered and inspired while surrounded by the do-it-all industry women we’ve had the privilege of hosting through our events.
