To become a member of BU\u2019s SWE chapter<\/b>, all you need to do is come to our events\/meetings and sign up for our newsletter<\/span><\/a>. We welcome and accept new members throughout the semester!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To become a part of our e-board, elections take place each March\/April for the following academic year. Keep an eye on our newsletter and Instagram page to get more information about positions\/applications during this time!<\/p>\n

Seniors:<\/strong> During the 2022-2023 academic year, attend at least 3 events to receive a cord and at least 5 events to receive a cord OR a stole.<\/p>\n

BU SWE also offers reimbursements up to $20 for any of the national SWE memberships<\/em>. To receive your reimbursement, please email <\/span>swe@bu.edu<\/span><\/a> with the subject line \u201cMembership Reimbursement,\u201d attach to your email a PDF of your invoice, and provide in the body of the email your BUID and the address you would like to receive your check of reimbursement. Note: BU SWE is an undergraduate organization and thus reimbursements\/funding are strictly for undergraduate students.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s an overview of the types of <\/span>collegiate SWE memberships<\/span><\/a> you can choose from:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Collegiate Membership<\/b>: <\/span>An annual membership for college students in engineering and STEM.<\/span><\/p>\n
