If you give it your all, if you listen and really try the things you learn, you will see a huge change not just in the physical way that you stutter and speak, but you will also see a tremendous change in your mental outlook, overall happiness and in the way that you see yourself. You will gain the confidence that you have the ability to do and say all of the things that you want to.\u201d<\/em> &#8211; <\/span>Chris<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>The CST group is a valuable experience for anyone regardless of where they are on their stuttering journey. I\u2019ve benefited from hearing different fluency techniques, perspectives toward stuttering and shared experiences among group members. The phone calls we do between sessions in particular help further establish a sense of community and each call never fails to allow me to find at least one thing I have in common with the other member I\u2019m chatting with that week. The community aspect of the group helps to bring a level of compassion that many people who stutter need. The shared experiences of those that stutter are validated and explored in this group, and I couldn\u2019t recommend it more highly.
