How it Works

Boston University graduate students in speech-language pathology, under the supervision of the CST Director, provide diagnostic evaluations as well as individual and group therapy services.  Sessions are conducted during the academic semesters: Fall (Sept. – Dec.) and Spring (Jan. – May).  Summer services are available on a limited basis. Individual and group services consist of 10 sessions per semester. Note that participation in individual services often requires placement on our wait list.

All clients must first complete a Case History Form and email to Program Manager Katie Nerlino.

Download the appropriate form here:

Depending on time of year and current waitlist, you may be contacted right away to discuss available options, or asked to wait until closer to the start of a new semester.

There are currently no fees for services. Donations to the CST enable us to expand our reach and provide services to more individuals.

Current offerings:
Adult group therapy, in person: Tuesdays 6-8pm
Individual pediatric and adult therapy, in person and remote: Scheduled as available

Diagnostic evaluations:  the CST also offers diagnostic evaluations for both adults and pediatrics. Email Program Manager Katie Nerlino with a completed case history form to find out about scheduling.
