Welcome to the Statistical Genetics and Genomics Seminar Series in the Boston University (BU) Department of Biostatistics. The Statistical Genetics and Genomics Seminar Series is held approximately once per month on Fridays at 10:00 am during the academic year <\/span>(September to May), either virtually via Zoom or in the Crosstown Building, 801 Massachusetts Ave, room CT332. The goal is to get to know each other, learn cutting edge research, foster collaboration, and get help. At each session one person or a group of participants or an invited outside speaker presents (formally or informally), usually pertaining to their area of expertise, interest or research area, or leads a discussion. Our participants include a mix of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics students, in addition to Faculty members involved in genetics and genomics research.<\/p>\n
