Currently registered MIT or BU students and start-up or early stage businesses, in which one or more currently registered MIT or BU students have active management roles, may be eligible for free legal assistance through the Clinic. Even if you or your company are not eligible for our services, please feel free to check out our Resources page for a number of helpful resources for entrepreneurs and start-ups. Please also consider signing up for our mailing list; our talks and presentations at MIT and BU have no eligibility requirements.

Startup Law Clinic clients are expected to review and adhere to our client expectations.
