Madison Fertig (she/her)
Third-Year Doctoral Student
Madison is a PhD student in the Clinical Psychology program at BU. She was previously the research coordinator in the SRM Program. She coordinated several projects focusing on understanding the mental health barriers to PrEP adherence and HIV-related care in southern Africa. Her research and clinical interests are in optimizing sexual and reproductive care, health-promoting behaviors, and overall healthcare engagement among women living with chronic illness. She is particularly interested in developing and implementing interventions that enhance access to quality healthcare and promote equitable health outcomes for women in both domestic and global settings.
