Thayanie Sandrakumar

Hello! My name is Thayanie Sandrakumar and I am from Staten Island, New York. I am a senior majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing. I joined SME to meet people with similar interests and expand my network in the Manufacturing field. I like SME’s guest speaker series in which various professionals come to BU to talk about their career journey and give advice to students. This past summer I did research remotely for Professor Boley’s Additive Assembly Lab. In my free time, I love trying new foods, *attempting* to cook, and spending time outdoors when the weather is nice.
