I lead the Low-mass Star Group at Boston University.  We aim to determine the fundamental properties and galactic demographics of low-mass stars and the planets that orbit them.  I am the Principal Investigator of the Perkins Infrared Exosatellite Survey (PINES), a NASA-funded search for exosatellites orbiting L and T dwarfs.
