In short: our interests are how Nature manipulate electrons to achieve the chemistry of the world around us. Our group motto is, &#8220;Bringing the electrons since 2002&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We are affiliated with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/chemistry\">Department of Chemistry<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/mcbb\">Molecular Biology\/Cell Biology\/Biochemistry<\/a> (MCBB) Program, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/bioinformatics\/\">Bioinformatics<\/a> Program, the BU <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/microbiome\/\">Microbiome Initiative<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/nano-bu\/\">BUNano<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We can be found on the 10th Floor of the Life Sciences and Engineering Building at Boston University.<\/p>\n<h4>Joining Us<\/h4>\n<p>Potential under-graduate students interested in joining the SJE-Lab should contact Prof. Elliott directly (see Contact Us below).
