This resource provides steps for class instructors on how to record grades using the MyBU Student <strong>Grade Roster<\/strong> page. <\/p>\n<p class=\"alert\">\u24d8<strong> DON&#8217;T FORGET! Grade Rosters must be submitted AND THEN APPROVED in order for the grades to be posted.<\/strong> For more on these steps, read about Submitting, Approving &#038; Posting Grades below.<\/p>\n<p>The availability of a class\u2019s Grade Roster will depend on its session dates. For full-term classes, rosters should become available approximately a week before the last day of the class. For a class ending throughout the semester (Dynamic, 7W1, 7W2 sessions) the Grade Roster will become available after the class has ended; please allow up to a week after that end date. There may be other exceptions for Medical, Law, and Dental programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>There are three options for assigning students\u2019 grades on the Grade Roster: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Input grades manually for one or multiple students at a time <\/li>\n<li>Upload grades from CSV\/Spreadsheet <\/li>\n<li>Import grades from Blackboard <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Step-by-step instructions for each of these options are outlined in the sections below. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 10px; margin: 20px 20px 20px 20px; line-height: 1.2; border: 1px solid black;\"> \u26a0\ufe0e Screen options and menus will vary by user; please note that displays may differ for you based on access that has been granted. All screens shown are for training purposes only.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Navigation<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into <a href=\"http:\/\/mybustudent.bu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MyBU Student<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Upon landing on the Dashboard, click on the Expand\/Collapse icon to expand the menu if needed. Then, select, <strong>Grade Roster<\/strong>.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>Note the difference between the <strong>Grade Roster<\/strong> and the <strong>Class Roster<\/strong>. (See below for more information about Grade Roster Statuses.) <\/li>\n<li><strong>Save<\/strong>: It\u2019s recommended to regularly save progress when inputting grades. Saving the roster will not submit any grades or change the roster\u2019s status. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Grade Input Options<\/strong>: Clicking the three-dot icon will display various options for entering grades. (Refer to the sections below for instructions on entering grades.) <\/li>\n<li><strong>Email Students<\/strong>: This feature can be used to open an email addressed to the students on the roster, using the default email service for the browser being used.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>Choose \u2018Email All\u2019 to email all students on the roster. (Students who have withdrawn from the class will be automatically excluded when using this feature, unless the \u2018Exclude Withdrawn Students\u2019 option at the top of the roster is unchecked.) <\/li>\n<li>The checkboxes in the right-most column of the roster can also be used to select specific students to email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<li><strong>Page View<\/strong>: The Grade Roster will default to display 10 students per page. Use the arrows to scroll to different pages, or use the dropdown to view up to 100 students on one page. <\/li>\n<li><strong>List of Students<\/strong>: The default view lists the students alphabetically by last name.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>Click on a student\u2019s row to expand and view their academic program and plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Grading Basis<\/strong>: This column displays how the students should be graded for the class (e.g., graded, audit, etc.).\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>Grading Basis is attached to a course at the catalog level to define the type of grades that can be used for the class. Grading Basis values may differ by academic career.\u202f <\/li>\n<li>Most students will have a grading basis of \u201cGRD\u201d, indicating that the student should receive a standard grade as set up for that class.  <\/li>\n<li>For classes that are Pass\/Fail only, the grading basis will be \u201cPF\u201d for all students taking the class for credit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roster Grade<\/strong>: This is where the student\u2019s final grade is recorded. The grade options configured for the class will display in the dropdown menu. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Notes<\/strong>: Notes related to a student\u2019s grade can be added for any student on the Grade Roster. These notes are not visible to students.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5 style=\"margin-top:50px;\">GRADE ROSTER STATUSES<\/h5>\n<p>As grades are input, submitted, approved, and posted, the Grade Roster status will be reflected accordingly. The status can be viewed next to \u2018Approval Status\u2019 at the top of a grade roster\u2019s page and also on the Grade Roster landing page by expanding a class\u2019s row. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\">Statuses:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li><span style=\"color:#cc0000;\"><strong>NOT REVIEWED<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Grades have not yet been submitted. Applies to any Grade Roster that has not yet been started or that has been partially completed and saved. <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#FFA500;\"><strong>READY FOR REVIEW<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Grades have been submitted and are awaiting review by an authorized approver.* <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#4CBB17;\"><strong>APPROVED<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Grades are recorded and have been approved by an authorized approver. <strong>Approved grades are not yet visible to students<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color:#4CBB17;\"><strong>POSTED<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 Approved grades have been processed through the Office of the University Registrar and are considered official. Posted grades can be viewed by the students in MyBU Student and are reflected on their official transcripts. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*Some instructors are both graders and authorized approvers, meaning they can approve their own Grade Roster(s) after submitting them. <\/p>\n<p>Refer to the Submitting, Approving &#038; Posting Grades section below for more information.<br \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Enter Grades: Manually<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>Grades can be entered directly on the Grade Roster page. Use the dropdown for each student to select their grade.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-05.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-05.png\" alt=\"Example of Roster Grade dropdown menu.\" width=\"154\" height=\"186\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5050\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Add Roster Grade to Multiple Students<\/strong>: This tool can be helpful for larger classes, or instances where many students have earned the same grade.  <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To add a grade to multiple students, click the three-dot icon near the top-right of the page and select <strong>Add Roster Grade to Multiple Students<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-06.png\" alt=\"Location on Grade Roster to Add Roster Grade to Multiple Students.\" width=\"285\" height=\"171\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5051\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>A new Roster Grade dropdown menu will appear to the left of the three-dot icon. Once saved, users can navigate away from the Grade Roster without losing the grades entered so far.   <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u24d8 <strong>Note<\/strong>: It is not possible to submit an incomplete Grade Roster. All grades must be entered into the Grade Roster before it can be submitted. <\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Enter Grades: CSV Upload<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:1rem;\">For instructors who prefer to input grades in a spreadsheet, a CSV version of the Grade Roster can uploaded into MyBU Student with some or all grades entered. <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To ensure the correct format, a CSV file of the Grade Roster must first be downloaded from the Grade Roster page. Click the three-dot icon for grade input options and select <strong>Download CSV<\/strong>.\n<p><a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-08.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-08.png\" alt=\"Location on Grade Roster of &#039;Download CSV&#039; selection.\" width=\"224\" height=\"142\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5053\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a> <\/li>\n<li>A download dialogue box will open. Save the file to a desired location.  <\/li>\n<li>Open the file in Excel and input the grades for each student as applicable.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>If some grades have already been manually input on the Grade Roster page, they will carry over to the CSV file. They can be edited in the spreadsheet if needed. <\/li>\n<li>If a final grade has not yet been determined for a particular student, the field can be left blank. The blank entry will be reflected upon uploading the CSV back to the Grade Roster. However, the blank field must be updated in the Grade Roster before the class\u2019s grades can be submitted. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-09.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-09-636x275.png\" alt=\"Example of Grade Roster spreadsheet from CSV download with grades added.\" width=\"400\" height=\"126\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5054\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Once all grades have been entered in Excel, save the CSV file.  <\/li>\n<p style=\"padding-top:1em; padding-bottom:1em;\">\u24d8 <strong>NOTE<\/strong>: The download will follow the sort order currently applied on the Grade Roster page. (Sort order can be modified by clicking on the header of particular columns.) Keep this in mind when downloading and re-uploading a CSV file.<\/p>\n<li>To upload the grades from the saved CSV file into the Grade Roster, return to the Grade Roster page, click the three-dot icon for grade input options and select <strong>Add Roster Grades from CSV<\/strong>.\n<p><a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-10.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-10.png\" alt=\"Location on Grade Roster page of &#039;Add Roster Grades from CSV&#039; selection.\" width=\"215\" height=\"137\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5055\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the dialogue box, select and open the CSV file from the folder where it was saved. <\/li>\n<li>The roster grades from the CSV file will instantly populate on the Grade Roster.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11-636x304.png\" alt=\"Example of Grade Roster with grades applied from CSV upload.\" width=\"636\" height=\"304\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-5056\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11-636x304.png 636w, https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11-1024x489.png 1024w, https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11-768x367.png 768w, https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-11.png 1298w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 636px) 100vw, 636px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>Note that after uploading, some grade inputs may require additional action in the Grade Roster, as with the \u201cI\u201d grade in the example screenshot below. Refer to the Non-Standard Grades section of this resource for more information. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Be sure to click Save<\/strong>, especially if the Grade Roster is not yet ready to be submitted.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>\nA confirmation message will appear upon saving. Once saved, users can navigate away from the Grade Roster without losing the grades entered so far. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u24d8 <strong>Note<\/strong>: It is not possible to submit an incomplete Grade Roster. All grades must be entered into the Grade Roster before it can be submitted.  <\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Enter Grades: Blackboard Import<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>For graders who input their final grades in Blackboard Learn, those grades can then be imported into the Grade Roster. The integration from Blackboard to MyBU Student can be used both with both Grade Center for Learn Original courses, or with Gradebook for those using Ultra Course View. <\/p>\n<div class=\"alert\">\u24d8<strong> Please keep in mind the following important caveats related to this feature:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">The integration with Blackbaord is NOT a two-way integration:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Grades can be &#8220;pulled&#8221; from Blackboard into MyBU Student; this is initiated by the process within the MyBU Student Grade Roster.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Grades cannot be &#8220;pushed&#8221; from within Blackboard to MyBU Student.<\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">Grades don&#8217;t ever flow from MyBU Student into Blackboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#FFFFFF;\">A &#8220;Total Grade&#8221; column must be set up for the course in the Blackboard Grade Center, which must be defined as a letter grade; it is from this column that roster grades will be pulled into MyBU Student. Numerical grades cannot be pulled into MyBU Student.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"padding-top:1rem; padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>To import grades from Blackboard: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Once all final letter grades have been recorded in the \u201cTotal\u201d column of the Blackboard course, navigate to the Grade Roster, click the three-dot icon for grade input options, and select <strong>Import Grades<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-12.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/sis-training\/files\/2025\/12\/Grade-Roster-12.png\" alt=\"Location on Grade Roster page of &#039;Import Grades&#039; option.\" width=\"208\" height=\"139\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5057\" style=\"border: 2px solid black;\"\/><\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>The system will automatically pull letter grades from the Blackboard Grade Center \u2018Total Grade\u2019 column, which will populate into the applicable Roster Grade fields on the Grade Roster. This should happen instantly, though some users may be prompted to log in to Blackboard or make other selections to confirm. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Be sure to click Save<\/strong>, especially if the Grade Roster is not yet ready to be submitted.\n<ol type=\"a\" style=\"margin-left:1rem;\">\n<li>A confirmation message will appear upon saving. Once saved, users can navigate away from the Grade Roster without losing the grades entered so far.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u24d8 <strong>Note<\/strong>: It is not possible to submit an incomplete Grade Roster. All grades must be entered into the Grade Roster before it can be submitted. <\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Non-Standard Grades<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>See below for information regarding the following grades that may appear on the Grade Roster: I, MG, W, AU, P*, F*. <\/p>\n<p>\u24d8 <strong>NOTE<\/strong>: The availability of grade types in MyBU Student is dependent on what has been configured for that academic area. The University Policy on grades and course units is available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/policies\/grades-and-course-credits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5>INCOMPLETE, FAIL, &#038; MG PROCESS <\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>\u201cI\u201d &#038; \u201cF\u201d Grades <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When entering an incomplete or failing grade, the instructor will need to input additional information into the Grade Roster.  <\/p>\n<p>For Incomplete grades, graders should adhere first and foremost to applicable policies and procedures at the school\/college department, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/policies\/incomplete-coursework\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BU Policy on Incomplete Coursework<\/a>. When entering the \u201cI\u201d on the Grade Roster, the instructor must set up grade lapse terms (i.e., which grade the \u201cI\u201d will change to if the student does not meet the terms of the Incomplete by a certain date). See the steps below for details. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>\u201cMG\u201d Grades <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A \u201cMissing Grade\u201d value is rarely entered by faculty, and should always be accompanied by a Note in the Grade Roster. This field may be greyed out and unavailable depending on the \u2018Attendance\u2019 value that was selected. <\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Okay<\/strong> button. The Grade Basis value will display as \u2018AU\u2019 and \u2018AU\u2019 should be entered in the Grade field. <\/p>\n<h5>PASS\/FAIL <\/h5>\n<p>In keeping with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/policies\/policy-on-passfail-courses-for-undergraduate-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BU\u2019s Policy on Pass\/Fail Courses for Undergraduate Students<\/a>, some undergraduate students may elect to take a normally graded class on a pass\/fail basis.  <\/p>\n<p>Graders should enter letter grades (A, B, C, etc) for all students as they normally would. After the proper administrative processes have been completed and the Grade Roster is posted, the final grade for those who have elected pass\/fail will automatically display with an asterisk: as \u201cP*\u201d or \u201cF*\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p>\u24d8 <strong>NOTE<\/strong>: If the class is normally graded on a Pass\/Fail basis, the \u201cP\u201d and \u201cF\u201d options will be reflected in the roster grade dropdown. <\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Submitting, Approving &amp; Posting Grades<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p>After all final grades have been input on a Grade Roster, the roster itself must then be submitted AND approved. Once approved, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will process and post the grades.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Many instructors will be set up as a grade approver for their class, meaning they can proceed to approve the Grade Roster immediately after submitting it<\/strong>. In other cases, instructors will be attached to the class as a grader but not an approver. This is commonly the case for Teaching Assistants\/Teaching Fellows. Users with Grader access but not Approver access to a class in MyBU Student can submit the Grade Roster but will not be able to approve it. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\">\u24d8 <strong>Note regarding Teaching Assistants\/Teaching Fellows, etc<\/strong>: Schools\/Colleges across the University manage TA type roles differently. If a teaching assistant needs access to a course in MyBU Student, including the Grade Roster, they need to be added to the class in MyBU Student as an instructor type. Please reach out to a Department Scheduler or Administrator to discuss this need.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TA\u2019s do not need to be added to the class in MyBU Student if they are only interacting with the class in Blackboard. If the above steps are taken with an Roster Grade fields left blank, an error message will appear and the roster will not be submitted. All students&#8217; grades must be entered before the Grade Roster can be submitted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"alert\">If you are having trouble submitting a Grade Roster, refer to the Support &amp; Troubleshooting section below.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"margin-top:50px;\">APPROVE GRADES<\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\">After the Grade Roster has been submitted, it must be Approved. In the final week of the semester, grade rosters in Approved status will be posted several times a day. The originally submitted Roster Grade will remain visible on the Grade Roster page, but once it\u2019s changed only the new Official Grade will be visible to the student. <\/p>\n<p>For information and instructions on grade changes in MyBU Student, <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.bu.edu\/sis-training\/grade-changes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a>.   <\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"bu_collapsible_container \" aria-live=\"polite\" data-customize-animation=\"false\"><h4 class=\"bu_collapsible\" aria-expanded=\"false\"tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\">Support & Troubleshooting<\/h4><div class=\"bu_collapsible_section\" style=\"display: none;\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:40px;\"><strong>If you do not see faculty\/instructor pages in MyBU Student<\/strong> (i.e., Class Roster, Grade Roster), contact your Data Security Administrator (DSA) to ensure you have the appropriate security permissions assigned. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>If you can\u2019t see your class on the Grade Roster page<\/strong>, first make sure the correct Term is selected from the dropdown at the top-left. Also, keep in mind that the availability of a class\u2019s Grade Roster will depend on its session dates, with exact timing subject to change.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For full term classes, rosters should be available approximately a week before the last day of the class.  <\/li>\n<li>For a class ending throughout the semester (Dynamic, 7W1, 7W2 sessions), the Grade Roster will become available after the class has ended; please allow up to a week after that end date. <\/li>\n<li>There may be other exceptions for Medical, Law, and Dental programs. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:40px;\">If the term and timing seem correct but you still don\u2019t see your class on the Grade Roster page, you likely need to be assigned to the class as a grader. To be added as a grader for a particular class, contact a class schedule administrator at the applicable school\/college\/academic department. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom:0px; margin-bottom:0px;\"><strong>If you encounter issues submitting a Grade Roster<\/strong> (e.g., a \u2018Blank Grades Exist\u2019 error message  appears even though all available grade fields have been entered), this is often due to an enrollment issue. To resolve, email <a href=\"mailto:ithelp@bu.edu\">ithelp@bu.edu<\/a> with the following information: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The class details, including section and Term (e.g., CASCH 101 A1, Fall 2025).
