For criteria considered when assigning students, written steps, and a visual workflow, please first review the Attendance Verification Process Overview<\/a>.<\/p>\n Refer to the following resources to understand the attendance verification activities that impacted students and faculty will encounter: <\/p>\n After student and faculty verification stages, OUR and Department staff will work together to review and determine next steps. At that point in the process, OUR will engage the appropriate staff and more details on those activities will be shared at that time. OUR will email the final review process to the school\/college Registrar office representatives. <\/p>\n If Department staff would like to monitor their student\u2019s attendance, there are methods to do this using the Service Indicator page and related queries. <\/p>\n The RAV- Attendance Verification Needed<\/strong> Service Indicator will be applied to students by OUR throughout attendance verification activities. <\/p>\n \u24d8 NOTE<\/strong>:\u202fThe RAV indicator is not visible to students. <\/p>\n For comprehensive instructions on using and understanding Service Indicators, please refer to the Service Indicators resource<\/a>. An abbreviated set of steps for the attendance verification process is below. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n QUERY NAME<\/strong>: BU_SR_SRVC_IND_DATA, Service ind data by term <\/p>\n ABOUT<\/strong>: Lists students with a specific service indicator code along with indicator related data.<\/p>\n PROMPTS<\/strong>: **Institution, *Service Indicator Code, Service Ind Reason, *Term, Acad Prog or College, *Academic Program Status (Asterisks indicate required field)<\/p>\n Select RAV<\/strong> in the Service Indicator Code field.
