This resource is for staff designated as department approvers for Enrollment Workflow requests. These instructions provide an overview of how to approve a submitted request. <\/p>\n

Security access to workflow approval is required for this process.<\/p>\n

  1. Navigation: Full Site > Approvals Tile<\/li>\n
  2. Approvers will see the number of requests in their queue displayed in the bottom right of the tile. Click Approvals tile<\/strong>.\n

  3. Pending Approvals page opens. Review request details and click on desired request<\/strong>.\n

    1. Requests are listed with the type of request, student details, subject, requestor, request number, and date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Enrollment Action page opens. Review details and add Comment<\/strong>.\n

      1. Available here are the student details, class details, request details, and the ability to view the associated Approval Chain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
