This three-and-a-half-day event is designed to attract the best and brightest underrepresented minority students and encourage them to pursue graduate studies.\u00a0<strong>Focus 2019<\/strong>\u00a0is the 28<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0annual event and will be held in Atlanta on\u00a0<strong>January\u00a017-20, 2019<\/strong>! All students are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Focus provides an opportunity to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn about Georgia Tech&#8217;s graduate degree programs<\/li>\n<li>Gain insight into available financial resources<\/li>\n<li>Visit academic units, studios, and research laboratories<\/li>\n<li>Obtain assistance with the graduate school application process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Colleges of Computing, Design, Engineering, Business, Sciences and the Ivan\u00a0Allen College of Liberal Arts<\/strong>\u00a0are actively seeking scholars to participate in <strong>Focus\u00a02019<\/strong>.\u00a0Visit the website\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.focus.gatech.edu\/\"><strong>www.focus.gatech.edu<\/strong><\/a>. \u00a0Our preference is to invite juniors and seniors with high academic standing.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Participation is limited<\/strong>.
