Lesly Zapata is the Program Manager for the School Health Institute for Education and Leadership Development (SHIELD). She took on this role in October 2020 and works in collaboration with the Boston University School of Public Health and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health in planning, accrediting, and organizing events for school nurses in Massachusetts.
