Natsume Sōseki Research

A selection of my research on Natsume Sōseki. The focus on my work has been on Sōseki’s four trips to Kyoto, and developing a digital map of where he visited. This work was inspired by his essay “Arriving in Kyoto One Evening” (京に着ける夕).
