All members are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects respectful teamwork in the lab, at lab functions on or off-site, online, above ground or underwater, at sea, and at all other Rotjan Lab events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a place where we grow and learn; therefore, any member found to have repeatedly exhibited inappropriate conduct or behavior against others will be removed from the lab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are committed to providing each community member with tailored support and ally-ship.
