Roh Lab

Founded in 2020 at Boston University and Boston Medical Center, the Roh Lab is a surgeon-scientist–led translational research group bridging bench and bedside in the pursuit of better healing. We study tissue repair, cellular senescence, and reconstructive science — partnering with biologists, engineers, and clinicians to develop therapies that restore healing resilience in aging and diseased tissue. Our mission is to harness aging biology to improve surgical and wound outcomes.
