If I go, there will be trouble&#8221; &#8212;<\/em><\/strong><strong>The Clash<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Working with your research team and recruiting help from others in advance of a leave may help you worry less about &#8220;<strong>trouble<\/strong>&#8221; occurring in your absence. A detailed plan can help make both your transition to your leave as well as your return easier.
