You will get a letter at the end of the event with details.<\/p>\n<h2>What is the Cost?<\/h2>\n<p>As a nonprofit event, all speakers participate on a voluntary basis and are not compensated. Registration fees are set to cover essential event expenses, including venue costs, technology support, refreshments, and meals for in-person attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Registration Prices are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In-person attendance: $125 (plus applicable fees)<\/li>\n<li>Virtual attendance: $70<\/li>\n<li>BU students, faculty, and staff: Free<\/li>\n<li>Presenters and vendors: Free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Proceedings and Videos<\/h2>\n<p>Research papers will be published in proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Slides will be available for all sessions as PDFs.<\/p>\n<p>Video Recording (Zoom) will be available after the event.<\/p>\n<h2>Parking<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/transportation\/parking\/charles-river-campus-parking\/crc-guests-visitors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Langsam garage<\/a> is closest for all day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our focus is on ground participation in Boston.
