<\/em>Boston University Housing options:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We have a limited number of rooms reserved at Boston University Student Village 1 (10 Buick Street<\/span><\/a>). These dorm-style suites are used for parent and visiting staff during orientations. Each suite consists of 4 single-occupancy rooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and common room. Amenities include a view of downtown Boston or the Charles River, air conditioning, bed linens, towels, and Boston University shuttle (link to transportation page). <\/span>Please note that even though there is a full kitchen in each suite,<\/span> no<\/strong> kitchen utensils are provided. The rate is $74 per night for a single room in a shared suite, or $94 per night with parking.\u00a0<\/span>You may reserve a room here<\/a>, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Off-campus options:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As Boston can be a costly city to visit in the summer, we recommend browsing both hotel websites and\u00a0discount search engines, which often include flash\u00a0hotel discounts.<\/b><\/p>\n

Hotels.com<\/a>, Booking.com<\/a>, and Expedia.com<\/a>\u00a0list hotel sales. Creating an account with these sites will typically include further savings.<\/p>\n

Airbnb.com<\/a> and VRBO.com<\/a> list private room and apartment rentals.<\/p>\n

For ease of access to Boston University,\u00a0we recommend staying in one the following neighborhoods:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kenmore\/Fenway is walking distance to BU and accessible via the green subway line.<\/p>\n

Back Bay and Brookline are accessible to BU via the Green Subway line.<\/p>\n

Allston and Brighton are accessible to BU via bus route 57.<\/p>\n

Cambridge is most accessible to BU via taxi\/Lyft\/Uber.<\/p>\n
