Transportation
Traveling to and from Boston Logan International Airport:
The Back Bay Airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes from 6am to 10pm, and drops passengers at Copley Square and Hynes Convention Center. Fare is $7.50 one way, payable by card.
Lyft and Uber pick-up/drop off at the following airport locations. Please note that your quoted vehicle fare will not include $3-5 in airport fees and tolls.
Directions on how to take the subway to and from the airport can be found here. Fare is $2.75 one-way or $21.75 for a 7-day pass. You will need to purchase a Charlie Ticket at the Airport Terminal Station, or any underground subway station in Boston.
Traveling from your accommodations to Boston University:
You can use MBTA trip planner or Google Maps to find the best public transit route to and from your hotel. Fares range $1.85 to $2.75 per ride or $21.75 for a 7-day pass. You will need to purchase a Charlie Ticket at any underground station or bus terminal.
As an attendee of the summit, you may also access the complimentary BU Shuttle, which run approximately every 20-30 minutes.
Parking at Boston University:
Options for hourly lots through Boston University are listed here. Granby and Kenmore are nearest lots to Summit events (cash only).
Guests booking at Stuvi 1 may pre-order a parking pass for $20/night. The nearest overnight lot is the Langsam Garage (278 Babcock Street). You may also purchase a pass for $26/night from the lot attendant by cash or card 7am-11pm.
