We\u2019re also pleased to have <strong data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"693\">Varun Gopal<\/strong>, a rising second-year medical student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, who will be pursuing new research on clinical outcomes in patients with head and neck cancer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"969\">At the same time, we\u2019re saying heartfelt goodbyes (for now!) to three incredible team members:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1433\">\n<li data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1136\">\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1136\"><strong data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"989\">Lalita Sabat<\/strong>, OTO-COATI Lab fellow, has completed her research fellowship and will begin medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1260\">\n<p data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1260\"><strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1153\">Grace Chow<\/strong>, clinical research coordinator, is off to study medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1433\">\n<p data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1433\"><strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1282\">Gabriele Spokas<\/strong>, research specialist, is heading to the University of North Carolina\u2019s Gillings School of Public Health to pursue a Master\u2019s of Health Administration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1816\">We are so grateful to Lalita, Grace, and Gabriele for the energy, dedication, and insight they brought to our work. While we\u2019ll miss having them in the lab day-to-day, we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and excited for what\u2019s ahead.
