Bio: 

Andrew is a PhD candidate in the Distributed Systems Middleware and Information Systems Groups at UC Irvine, advised by Prof. Nalini Venkatasubramanian. He is also affiliated with Los Alamos National Laboratory, working with Dr. Russell Bent in the T-5 Theoretical Division. His research explores model-driven and data-driven methods to enhance the resilience of cyber-physical human infrastructure systems such as buildings, water, and power. He has received the NSF CPS Rising Star Award (2025), CPS-IoT Week PhD Forum Best Poster Award (2025), UC National Lab In-Residence Graduate Fellowship (2022), ARCS Foundation Scholarship (2022), and IEEE PerCom Best Paper Award (2022).
