Booking a hotel will cost approximately the same as renting two dormitory rooms per night at Buick Street, which would be necessary since rooms have only single beds. We recommend booking your hotel early for the best rates.

If you choose to book rooms at Buick Street, please keep in mind the following. Children old enough to require their own bed will need a separate booking. Please make it clear in the special request box that you wish to share a suite with your child. You will need to do so on both your booking as well as your child’s. Also, please e-mail Tawnya Smith so that we can double-check that you are placed in the same suite with your child. If you plan to share your room with an infant, there is no need for a separate booking, but you will need to provide your own crib.

10 Buick Street: $85/night We have negotiated a special conference rate for an apartment-style, air-conditioned University residence hall at 10 Buick Street.
