We were happy to see in our data from last year 86% of student placements were with medically underserved populations or in medically underserved communities. This is an improvement from previous years. Our summary data is shown below. To improve our program further, Kathi Traugh, Health Equity Internship Manager, has improved our program processes to select only projects that will have an impact on health equity.
